Plain terms for a small game. By using Tilespell Trail you accept what is written here.
The app
Tilespell Trail is made by Brelsford Software LLC (“we”). We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control, under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies alongside these terms. Please don’t copy, resell or take the app apart to make a competing product.
What stays free
The trail, every area and level, the story, Endless Garden, Friend Boards and the Gauntlet are free. Coins are earned only by playing and cannot be bought. We will not move a free feature behind a subscription.
Tilespell+ subscriptions
Tilespell+ is optional (offered from version 1.1). It makes hints cheaper and adds an extra Peek on every level.
- Payment is handled by Apple and charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel any time in your device’s Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. We can’t cancel a subscription for you.
- If you subscribe during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when the paid subscription starts.
- Prices are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policy, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds ourselves, but we’re glad to help you ask.
Friend Boards
You are responsible for the words and messages you put on a Friend Board and for whom you share the link with. Please don’t use them to harass anyone.
What belongs to whom
The game, its artwork, story, characters, name and code belong to Brelsford Software LLC. Your progress is stored on your device and is yours.
Availability
Tilespell Trail is offered as it is. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Brelsford Software LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
